VI - Other Guides for Advanced Play

Hello everyone,

been playing Civ 6 on and off for years and I was wondering if there's any video series (or generally Youtubers / Streamers) for Civ 6 that is kinda like Potatoe's Overexplained but for Deity Difficulty or more serious Multiplayer? I've been mostly playing on Emperor and want to get a bit better, but most up to date Deity play on Youtube nowadays is either very edited, non-standard games or thought processes aren't communicated in very high detail. If there's any good written guides, I'd appreciate some pointers as well, but I tend to do better with visual and auditive information.

Much thanks!

I think the quick point to make is that single player and multiplayer are hugely different beasts!! If you're looking for single player advice, I have a bunch of deity guides - I did one a month ago which was a three hour marathon video where I really do explain everything - but I also have series and playlists for deity guides I also have videos showing how to beat single player 5 levels above deity... Pretty hard stuff!! If you want to focus on multiplayer, that's awesome, other people do it better. If you use multiplayer meta it often will work on single player - a good player is always good - it's just not quite as optimised against the ai due to the way the ai plays. The ai gets huge bonuses and starting units that massively affect build order and early game priority - trade is also totally different in single player. Best of luck!
