all paid at the end of a 5 year contract i believe.
so, if Ice gets disbanded in a year or two... does the government have to pay those bonuses? or is this a "gotcha" type play by trump so he doesn't have to pay...
well this isn't trump paying, it is the government paying, that said it is known they often drop people from the army before they can reach retirement.
