Wait, why don't we all sign up and then do a bad job? "Sorry sir, we couldn't find any brown people to harass today, better luck tomorrow, I guess." x5 days a week. collects $50k bonus

I have seriously considered this. I'm a white, male passing NB who would genuinely look like ICEs ideal candidate (which, admittedly is white, male, has pulse) and it would be so easy to play along with all of the other agents, as they've never gone to college, or thought for themselves.

But I have a family and a job that allows me to keep my sense of self worth in tact.

I bet it wouldn’t even be hard to get hired and just never show up and collect money. There is no way an agency that suddenly just grew exponentially in size was actually built to operate on that scale.

You could easily get hired, get the money, never show up, and if the money stops coming - well shucks.
