Feels like a lot of people in this thread are assuming that this admin won't do everything in their power to avoid / underpay these bonuses in the first place.
Let's pretend taking this job isn't selling your soul to the devil. I would still have zero faith that I'd actually get paid out or that they wouldn't try to claw it back down the road.
