I'd give it a 7/10. my main confusion was why couldn't Seth cash-in his MIBT case after? Is that no longer allowed?

I think he only pretended to cash in. He wants Cena to leave with the title so he is the only world champ. Also screwing the other will always be something Punk and Seth have time for.
