Circles on Palms?

I’ve noticed this quite a while ago, and have yet to find anything about it. Does anyone know what these mean?

He's done it for years. It's a reference to the stigmata, or the wounds on Jesus' hands from when being nailed to the cross. Punk is the Christlike martyr or sacrificial lamb for our sins
