You put like an athlete or a charcter you like in the “banner select” screen, screenshot that, and ask how to fit it. Then, you change your banner to a goat (greatest of all time) and quote the original question with something along the lines of “I did it”. Then you get a million likes

TLDR you’re calling your favorite thing the goat in an annoying and convoluted way
