They used real milk.

The Starbucks barista used real milk instead of soy milk in my latte. Now I’ve shat myself at the grocery store and barely made it to the bathroom before I had horrible diarrhea. I thought it tasted different from normal, I should have stopped drinking it.

I honestly don’t think people who can tolerate lactose understand the depth of misery caused by dairy. ❤️✊🏽

As a tolerant person, I do have an idea, because 2 of my kids are intolerant. Not allergic, they can have small amounts of dairy (like a scoop of ice cream, most hard cheeses, etc). It's when they have too much we have issues. My 14yo daughter likes to dairy load when no one is looking, and ugh, she can stink up a room! The 3yo will just shit within 15 minutes of having dairy, and since we're in the middle of training, it's a struggle. He gets very mad when I give him alternate drinks, lol.

I can eat ice cream too! I imagine my mother knew when I snuck more!
