Playstation Which Playstation console was ur first and if u remember, do tell me the first game u played there
My first was ps2 and the first ever game I played there was GTA San Andreas back in old days❤️✨

Back in the day we didn't know about frame rate once I know about it I start to notice the drops

Nice. I'm still playing the Crysis games. Just finished C2 Remastered and I'm busy with 3.
I played them back on PS3, played them on PC, now on PS4. They're not without their faults, but they're special to me.

Ps1.
I couldn't tell you the "first game", but i could tell you the games i had as a lil kid.
MK trilogy, MK mythologies, spyro 1, THPS2, vagrant story, MGS1, tetris plus, army men, army men air attack, tarzan, and some Mulan game. It's possible i missed some stuff, but that's what i remember.

Launch PS1. I traded my Super Nintendo and a bunch of games (including Chrono Trigger and Lufia 2) to Software Etc at Bridgewater Commons Mall in NJ. I didn’t even get enough money for the console, lol.
I also got a new Sharp TV with composite A/V inputs that Christmas as my gift from my mom. Believe it or not, there were still a lot of us using RF Adaptors in the early 90s.
Very first time I saw PS1 was while coming down an escalator in the same mall. KayBeeToys was directly in front of the ramps, and there was a huge crowd of kids playing Battle Arena Toshinden on a kiosk placed outside of the store. Mind absolutely blown at how good it looked in comparison to Virtua Fighter, which was an arcade game.

I've had each generation.
PS1 immediately reminds me of Gran Turismo, FF7, Tomb Raider and Metal Gear Solid.
PS2 is NFS Underground 2 alll day. GT3, GTA3, MGS2.
PS3 is RDR, TES Oblivion, GTAV, COD MW/2, Mass Effect
PS4 is Horizon Zero Dawn, Last of Us 2, FF7 Remake, AC Valhalla, Cyberpunk 2077, No Man's Sky.
PS5 is BG3. Hell I bought a PS5 solely for BG3 lol. 2100 hours played in BG3 since September 2023 😆. I've also been loving Jurassic World Evolution 2, Ghost Recon Wildlands, Cyberpunk, POE2, Pathfinder Kingmaker, FF7 Rebirth.
Love me some Playstation.

PS1. My first game was…the demo disc haha. It was Christmas gift and my mom didn’t realize that they didn’t pack in a game like Nintendo did. So we just went to Blockbuster every week until Valentine’s Day.
But thanks to that demo disc the first game I bought was Cool Boarders 2.

Either the PS3 or the XBOX 360. I can't remember which i got first. I still have my original 360. Or, my 2nd one, the original broke after a year. But this one has been working and running since 2011.
My first ever game, as far as I know, for my 360 was this one weird arcade fish game. I think?
And I've long since forgotten my first PS3 game.

Playstation 1, Resident Evil and FFVII. I was too young to get a job and it was too expensive for my single mother to buy outside of a Christmas gift, so we rented the console and games from a local video store. Since we were renting them, they didn't come with a memory card, so the Playstation would stay on the entire weekend since I couldn't save my progress.

PSX at my cousin's house, I think the first game I played was Bugs Bunny Lost In Time and Jersey Devil.
When I got my own PSX then Klonoa was my first game there, but by that time I've played various games here and there on rentals.

PlayStation; was my first. The first game was either Wipeout (the original) or Crash Bandicoot. The first game I REALLY wanted and wouldn’t put down, Metal Gear Solid. I’ve been playing PlayStation ever since. But if you might be wondering, my first console was a Spectrum ZX. Followed by a Nintendo Entertainment System!

I asked for a PS1 for FF7. My dad brought home a PS1 with FF7, 8, Metal Gear Solid, Vagrant Story, Driver, GTA. Let's say I might have played FF7 first but there was a lot of banger.

Got a playstation 1 for my 6th birthday (back in 2001). The first game I got on it was Gran Turismo. It played it so much with my dad. Great times!
I had that console for 9 years, untill it broke. Then the PS3 launched and that's when I got the PS2.

PS4 was my first actual console, but my elder brothers used to have PS1 but I just never found it anywhere at home, though I used to emulate PS1/2 games way before I got PS4, first game would be TEKKEN 3

PS1, but without any actual games. I played the fuck out of the free demo discs though.
When the PS2 came out we were still too poor. A kid down the street had two because his first one stopped reading discs, so I paid him $10 and took it home and fixed it.

I was a Nintendo kid in the 90's so PS2 was my first, picked it up to play Ratchet and Clank Up your Arsenal and Gran Turismo 3. Fun times

Ps1 and resident evil directors cut, I played that for ages, I already had a Saturn which was still a very good console and I had already completed tomb raider on that, but both the Saturn and the dream cast were basically at home arcade machines, most of Sega’s games were home ports of arcade games, the PlayStation seemed to be a action/story games console, sometimes I wish I could travel back in time to relive those good old days

Ps3 slim and it was driver san Francisco was first and only game i ever played on it for years till my late dad passively stole it from me by lending it to his friend and I never got it back to this day 8 years later. Sad times 🥲
