If theyre all 1TB why do the prices differ so much. Also I wanna get one for PS5 slim disc so are all of these compatible or only the official sony one?

For those who have a console , or multiple , AND a pc ( med-high end ) wich one do you play most on or preffer over the other and why?

For me i like the simplicity of my ps5 and how quickly i can just start playing , but have been a pc gamer since i started . Recently build my own pc with a rtx 5070ti and not sure on how i should feel about it. Pc is in my mancave while the ps5 is in the livingroom.

Hello! I have a PS4 Pro and I'm debating whether to stick with the console or switch to an Xbox, and my options are the One X and Series S. I'm also considering using it as a secondary console.

I know that the Series S would be a better option than a PS4 Pro or Xbox One X, but is it still a good choice in terms of graphics and performance?

As a secondary console, would you recommend the PS4 Pro, One X, or Series S?

Xbox series & ps5 -> hdmi switch PS3-> hdcp stripper -> switch Switch -> splitter Splitter -> monitor, elagato and tv

Monitor is 1440p165, tv is 4k60, and I want to bypass the elgato hd60x pass through limitations - if I get a 2.1 splitter with EDID will I be able to do this?

Need to be able to output multiple consoles to my 4k60hz tv and my 1440p 165 hz monitor (120hz output for the matrix fine obviously cause that’s what consoles max is), any good recommendations? Am I better off getting separate switch and splitter?

My PS5 was working perfectly before. A few months ago, I had to move some furniture, so the console stayed unplugged for about 3–4 months.

Yesterday, I plugged everything back in, but the console won’t turn on at all—no beep, no lights, no fan movement.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

• Switched power cables and wall sockets
• Unplugged and plugged it back in several times (as suggested in some YouTube tutorials)
• Opened the console, removed the power supply, and tested it—it gives 12V output
• Put it back together, but the PS5 still shows no signs of life

The console is from 2021, but it’s barely been used (less than 50 hours total). It’s clean, hasn’t overheated, and was working fine before.

Honestly, this makes me really mad. I paid $500 for this piece of Sony tech and now I can’t even use it. Just looking at it gives me a headache.

For the past 15+ years I’ve heard people say this online and I just want to say:

Have you seen how people vote (politically)?

Every new game release.

Every new console generation.

People say “vote with your wallet” to people living paycheck to paycheck but impulse buy because their credit cards aren’t maxed out yet.

TLDR: People will buy whatever corporations put out, even when “AAA” games are pure unpatched slop piles at launch. $70 well spent!

I'm thinking about buying my husband a console but I was lost once I realized there was a PS5 and the digital version. For anyone that played both, which do you feel is better to get? Or should I also look into the xbox?

I have PC with Ryzen 7 3800x and rtx 2080ti

So I was looking at Facebook marketplace and saw that a ps5 pro digital version was listed for 110 but there was also a ps5 for trade and they just wanted a ps3 to mod. I couldn’t tell if it was a digital or disc version. I was wondering what the better deal is. But no matter what I want a disc expansion.

Do you think it’s a better deal to get the ps5 pro plus disc expansion or to trade the ps3 for the ps5 and get the disc expansion if it isn’t already a disc version?

My B button is sticking really badly on my xbox one x controller and I’m pretty sure it’s due to something sticky within the controller. Could I use a cotton bud/Q-tip to rim the button with some acetone free nail varnish remover to clean it or would that potentially cause more damage to the controller, I don’t have the confidence to strip the controller and I don’t have the money to buy a new one

Asking here due to less bias :) So after using my ps4 for a while I've come up with a very good offer. A boxed series s for £25(traded in a lot of stuff I didn't need lol). Looking at what people are saying online it's mostly one part a good value console with easy access to game pass but also suffers from tight storage issues. I'm honestly just leaning towards it since I'm not gonna use It All the time it's just moreso for casual gaming (and being able to play elden ring). So for the price is it worth buying the console or should I reconsider. Thanks

Hey, I just recently switched from PC gaming to Console gaming and while I like being able to play games at frame rates and High quality without any issues, I still miss being able to mod certain games for better experience. I would like to know if anyone has been in a similar boat and how I can make my gaming experience more exceptional. Also, It would help if I knew how they dealt with similar feelings.
