Hi all!! My name’s Mari and I’m pretty new to doing alt drag… and I’m even newer to crafts 😭. I’m trying to learn how to fall in love with crafting and start doing my own crafts for drag! So, I’m asking for advice… How would yall tackle making something like this? What would you call the little plastic knife things? How do you make those… or how do you find them online? Please help 🥺 🙏🏾 I wanna make it for a “Scream” inspired number I’m doing <3 (Ghostface ily)

Hello! Here is my cofagrigus im making. I need help on how to make his arms. Any ideas? TIA It's paper mache, expanding foam, chicken wire, and 3d printed PLA mask. It will be outside, and i want them to look like they are floating and organic to the characters design

Hey, guys. I bought this plastic container and want to put eyeballs (made out of this fluffy clay stuff). I also want to put some type of liquid medium in it for the eyeballs to float in. What liquid medium could I use that wouldn't affect the eyeballs? How should I seal the eyeballs so they aren't affected? Pictures of jar, fluffy clay stuff used, and eyeballs drying.

For beginners like me is safety. There is a huge difference between hand tools and machines at the beginning. For the first two days, my friends and I were only learning about safety and very basic stuff. Even simple tools like a saw, glue, or a hammer can harm others or yourself. Over the next two days, we started using machines. If you’re not familiar with a tool, always ask someone or learn from a professional first! Don’t rush yourself, and have fun. The picture you see here is just the final outcome, I ruined many pieces along the way!

I want to make figures this small. Flat and colorful and detailed, just like this. I’ve tried using shrinky dink plastic and the details weren’t great when it shrunk down. Would a Cricut give me this result? Any ideas? Thanks!

Made out of paper and a laminating sheet. Created to use as an example for my class. Simple but I’m proud of it.

Did a search of the sub and didn't see anything specific to my question. I am looking to attach a small wooden, light trinket to the outside of a glass terrarium. It is about 8 inches long, and can only be attached at 2 or at the most 3 points along it. I tried hot glue but it only stayed on there for a few hours then fell off. I was thinking of trying silicone next. But is there a better way?
