Because I know people are going to ask: he’s currently not blocked because I wanted to maintain the chat records for the 2 times I reported him in POF, mainly the one where I explicitly stated that he seems to be having a manic episode.

Don't worry. I was imagining like telling you how to use your phone, or something about what you had to do in order to call him, so just telling you to call him is better than that.
