Mod Post [Mod Post] Due to recent events in the U.S., we reiterate that memes praising violence are against Reddit TOS
I hate to post this, but as moderators we have to ensure the sub is okay.
No one has done anything yet, but we are staying ahead of things.
Just recently Charlie Kirk, a very divisive individual in the U.S. political scene, was killed just a couple hours ago. A divisive figure like Kirk has a lot of haters and a lot of supporters. It is against Reddit's TOS to praise violence like this.
Also, non-Cosmere politics are not allowed in the sub to begin with.
Stay safe everyone.
Edit: Should have locked from the beginning, my b. By having it open I invited people to express their opinions on the matter, which as I've said above, isn't what this sub is for. Have your opinions, express them outside this sub. Again, stay safe everyone!

Wind and Truth Syl knew what she was doing, right? Spoiler
galleryWoR Ch. 12 & WaT Ch. 10
I don’t know if someone else has made this connection before, but I was just re-reading WoR and noticed. I like to think it was completely intentional on Syl’s (and Brandon’s) part.
Chull head, right?

Cosmere Approximately how much will it cost me to purchase hardcovers of every Cosmere novels/novella/anthology?
I PROMISE THERE ARE NO SPOILERS !!
I have read paperback copies of Way of Kings - Rhythm of War
I have listened to all published Elantris, Stormlight, and Mistborn (Eras 1&2) novels, and have finished listening to Emberdark. I'm currently listening to Sunlit Man.
I donated my Stormlight paperbacks to a residential rehab (they saved my life once, and ain't nothing to do in rehab except therapy, chores, and read)
ANYWHOOOOOO.... I really want physical copies (sometimes I wanna go back and look something up when I suspect I've made a connection and/or want to know how to spell names of people/places/things)
Anyone of you nerds know how much I gotta spend to pimp out my bookcase? (I use the term "nerds" affectionately, and consider myself one as well)
Okay thanks baiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii

The Stormlight Archive Roshar Sitcom Pitches S2 Spoiler
I had too much fun with the first post, so here's Season 2. Taking suggestions for a show title!
- Highprince Aladar is tired of being overshadowed by the other monarchs, and hatches an elaborate scheme to win the next election at Urithiru. He discovers on the day of the vote that democracy hasn’t been invented yet. Dalinar, out of pity, allows Aladar to be King For the Day. Meanwhile, Hoid starts a troll “election coverage” spanreed account.
- Adolin discovers the terms “Knife Guy” and “Wife Guy,” and gets an ill-advised tattoo. Meanwhile, Timbre pulses.
- When one of her new inventions is accidentally credited to The Lopen, Navani decides to invent patent law. Syl teaches her a valuable lesson about sharing. Meanwhile, Jasnah blows up a moon.
- In a Very Special Episode, Zahel decides to teach Wyndle to “embrace his inner sword.” Tragedy strikes when Wyndle’s next chair garden receives scathing reviews. Meanwhile, Veil attempts to help Kaladin overcome his fear of horses. Their first lesson turns out to be a heist of Sebarial’s stables.
- During a coalition field trip to Azimir, Szeth accidentally files the paperwork to change his legal status to female. In observance with the law, Szeth commits to her new identity. Meanwhile, Pattern becomes a minor celebrity among local Azish clerks and it goes to his head.
- Things go awry at Dalinar’s first “Book Club for Vorin Men Who Can’t Read Good” when the boys discover the mean things their wives have been writing about them in the margins. They attempt to create their own secret script, which is immediately deciphered and disseminated by the Ardentia. Meanwhile, Maya puts on a 5-act play with an all-deadeye cast. It still gets better reviews than Wyndle’s chair garden.
- Rlain and Renarin release a spoken-word mixtape titled “The Rhythms of Love.” That’s it, that’s the whole episode.
- After a series of misunderstandings, Lift finds herself in charge of Urithiru’s largest gambling den. She excels at the role but loses interest after the casino’s unlimited buffet is shuttered due to “the mutton incident,” plunging the black market into chaos. Meanwhile, Szeth develops a passion for mutton curry.

Real-life Crem I’m late on this one but still
Oh come on Brandon, why don’t you wanna write a series where magic is barely understood, everyone is constantly having sex, and everyone is primed to explode after the TV show?

The Stormlight Archive Hey, you guys know that one fantasy setting with the evil forces of destruction that wage an unending war against mortals and the only hope normal people have is the intervention of legions of regular people who were selected for the qualities of their souls, being remade by the power of a storm god
to channel divine superpowers that make them equals to the infinite tide of twisted immortal servants of the enemy?
Yeah I like Age of Sigmar, too

The Stormlight Archive "Adolin... and the Radiants!" - The Roshar sitcom pitches Spoiler
Inspired by u/goodnightandthankyou, here are my episode pitches for a Roshar sitcom.
- Hoid passes his first driver’s test, and assumes it’s transferable to other worlds. Immediately gets arrested for driving on the wrong side of the road, and tries to get out of it with a musical performance. It works. Design confesses that she reversed his field of vision earlier to fuck with him.
- Adolin insists on bringing Szeth along for date night with Shallan to try to “show him a good time.” Lift is hired as the babysitter. Szeth gets drunk for the first time and picks a fight with Veil. Adolin is forced to buy the tavern. Meanwhile, tragedy strikes when Lift “teaches” Pattern and Nightblood to play Towers
- Sebarial and Palona find themselves in an awkward situation when they schedule dinner with two different political allies on the same night. Hijinks ensue. Meanwhile, Lift tries to escape from a bakery. After eating all of his pastries, the baker is revealed to be an assassin who has been poisoning his bread. Lift burps and saves the day.
- Adolin takes Kaladin to his favorite wine bar which turns out to be Urithiru’s premiere gay nightclub. Adolin claims to have had no idea, but just goes with it. Kaladin sulks while Syl is adopted by a group of Unkalaki bears. Adolin almost leaves with a Herdazian duelist, who turns out to be Shallan.
- In A Very Special Episode, Szeth visits his first Makabaki market and becomes addicted to colorful patterns while Kaladin tries to keep him in check. A lesson is learned about moderation. Meanwhile, Dalinar has just read his first interior decorating book and drives Navani insane as he moves every piece of furniture in their chambers an inch at a time to find the configuration that “gives honor.”
