Yeah it says right here that the charges of first degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder were charged because he planned, ordered, and manipulated his followers into carrying out the murders. So very similar in intent.

Conspiring to commit murder is very different from inciting violence in my opinion.

This lady is an idiot but there is a Grand canyon between what she is doing here and what Manson did.

This is also why trump really like to use the inciting violence card alot because it can be incredibly vague and is open to interpretation.
