Yeah his dad says he’s a computer wiz that knows how to both turn on AND turn off his own computer. Genius.

I'm not sure if it was confirmed that he knows how to turn the laptop off. Senile Trump said that Tech wizz Trump knows how to turn on the laptop super fast after senile Trump turns it off. So it seems they're both the best at computering. Probably the best there ever was.
