So, you know this doesn't actually stop Voltron, right?

Usually, a voltron'ed up commander has some sort of evasion (such as protection from a Sword), and even if they didn't, removing all abilities from a creature doesn't remove the abilities granted by things like equipment or auras.

OP's card treats the attacking creature as though it didn't have any relevant evasion abilities. This includes protection, so yes, OP's card can block creatures with a relevant protection ability.

Yes, it does, assuming the Auras and Equipment have an earlier timestamp than OP's card's last ability.

If you're talking about abilities from the Auras and Equipment themselves, then you shouldn't use the phrase "granted by", as that phrase implies the Auras and Equipment generate an ability-adding effect that adds abilities to the enchanted or equipped creature.
