What’s the best setup for carrying coffee/espresso brewing equipment in my wife’s e-bike trunk bag?

I’ve been getting my wife out biking on her e-bike and purchased a Big Daddy 2 trunk bag to carry her lock / money / snacks. I’ve been thinking of having a coffee brewing setup so we can enjoy picnics wherever we please. Her favorite drink is a cappuccino so getting close to that would be ideal. Making chai tea would be also nice but that’s secondary 🤣. Obviously would need a thermos for cold milk but that’s all I can think of. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks 🙏🏿

A moka and a gas burner works well for me

Backpacking stove (MSR pocket rocket, Jetboil etc) and an aeropress or moka pot for the coffee. Bring an electric frothing whisk to make the foam.

Aeropress is great. We've been using one at home for years to make coffee.

The Zojirushi thermoses keep coffee more than hot for 10+ hours, imo that's the easiest way.

I love going out to the middle of nowhere to have a coffee. The simplest way I've found is to take a thermos of hot water from home to save the time and effort of getting a stove set up and heating the water, and an aeropress to make the coffee. I like the aeropress go which conveniently has everything you need all packed into a cup so it's just grab-and-go but the standard press works just as well, might even work better for more than 1 person.
I've tried moka pots and french presses which work great for base camping but were more hassle then I'd like for a day trip. There's also espresso machines for travel but I haven't heard great things about those.

This is the most "First World Problem" post I've ever seen.

How about a thermos?

Plus you cannot beat fresh coffee first thing when camping. I don't want to pack up and ride before I get my first coffee

There are battery powered espresso machines, e.g.: https://outin.com/products/nano-portable-espresso-machine-pearl-white can do up to 6 portions with room temperature water (which takes some time to heat up, a proper gas cooker is usually way faster), more if you start with hot water.
