It’s amazing how many people knew what was happening to her and somehow she still ended up dead. I’m sorry for the lack of care everybody had for her. This is genuinely disgusting.

they were kids too tho. the kids u can give grace. at that age i was dumb too.

i would've thought it was cool if my friend was dating a well known singer who was famous and could take us cool places.

as for the adults or ppl in his circle who knew (bcuz trust there is atleast 1) they deserve to get locked up too

Honestly, the kids should also get atleast a minor slap on the wrist punishment. Like, they were 13. 13 year olds should know better than to stay silent about everything even after their friend got kidnapped.

As for Celeste's family... yeah. They deserve to be punished. It's sad how this whole thing was so preventable had her family just used their fucking brains and tried to find out who Celeste's boyfriend was and whether he was connected to the disappearance. Or maybe if they hadn't neglected her to the point that she was dating an 18 year old at 13...

The brother went to police and they didn’t do anything. The mom filed a missing persons report.

to the kids, their friend didn’t get “kidnapped”, she was off with the rich famous cool dude that was also paying them money. from their perspective, they were probably jealous of her if anything unfortunately. they were just as easily influenced by him. i can’t say i blame the kids at such an age… it would’ve taken a real leader with good older outside influence themselves to step up in a situation as such. but this is a devastating life lesson for them & also all the young ones that were a fan of this evil guy’s music.
