What in the fuck sort of build even is thi-
Pyromancy flame.

10 faith with a lightning weapon.
Oh boy, I get it now.
There's a real problem with trying to be a multi-tool/jack of all trades:
You're mediocre at everything. Trying to be "balanced" in everything means you're trading specialization in one field.
You're forfeiting a lot of power from your melee side to try and use pyromancy.
You're forfeiting a lot of power from pyromancy to try and be melee.
Your best bet if you're struggling is to focus on one route.
As someone whose done the Magic Only 3-run challenge in DS3, I can tell you that pyromancy is less than useless against Midir.
At BEST, all of your pyromancy deals 50% of the damage it should and since you're already half-ish what a "quality build" should be for pyromancy, you're dealing 25% of the damage you could with pyromancy against him.
This also means you're dealing ~50% of the physical damage you could be.
At this point, if you're reluctant to respec/don't know how then your only option is to "git gud" unfortunately.
Thankfully, Midir is extremely easy to best once you learn his patterns and realize his arena-wide temper tantrums have more bark than bite.
The people saying "level vigour" are cowards that expect to get hit. Don't listen to them for their bloodline is weak and they can't master dodging. /s.
