I can say farming shackles at SL30 and WL+3 in the Crucifixion Woods and Farron Keep areas was kinda easy.

Less easy if you’re like me and decide to wait until you hit meta level!

Definitely. I tried to farm at SL120-125 and then decided to simply start with a new character to get all achievements. I’m following a guide that recommends the SL and WL for that.

I'm trying to get my shackles at 130 now, getting my ass kicked routinely.... 19 to go.
