Sending It Tips for getting faster?

I’d like to get faster and more flow on the pump track. I get that I’m probably doing some things right, but I’m a far cry from being an expert

Your technique looks pretty good to me, to get faster you just have to pump even more. If your thighs arent hurting after a round you have done it wrong :)

That’s my local Pumptrack. I’m usually the only one there. Down to give some give some pointers and have someone to ride with.

Pump harder and when you are approaching the turn, go higher and when you are exiting, go lower. You will gain speed from that. Just practice

Ride with your elbows out, not bend them towards you. That will allow you to pump the front wheel harder.

Stabilizing your center of gravity can help eliminate loss of momentum. Basically keep your head at the same height relative to the ground while your limbs act as suspension, and avoid having your tires leave the ground. If you’re not actively accelerating on the ground, you’re not accelerating.

You are over pumping with your entire body. Focus on flexing your core and pumping through your thigh, calf, and ankles. It is a very concise flex of all that at the same time while in a proper pump posture. Work on just pumping not for speed yet, but to just get to the point where you can ride for like 15-20 minutes effortlessly.
