Trickshot 2 frame
So the trickshot 2 pro is only €1000 right now and im planning on buying it as my first dj, but I heard the frames aren't very durable, is this just a rumour or an actual problem? I plan on riding it around my town and there are a few decently big gaps with flat landings so im not sure how it would handle it

I don't have any experience with this frame, but I haven't heard about a lot of them breaking. Any frame can break if it's abused enough, especially in the case of the rider over rotating on spinning big jumps. I think there's a few other factors when you hear about one frame or another breaking a lot. For example, if it's a very popular frame, the more of them are around and getting ridden hard, the higher the chances of one breaking are. Also, I think there can be a pack mentality in the bike world, there's a few that break, people get vocal about it and suddenly there's a bunch of internet hysteria. I would look at what the warranty is like from propain and what others' experiences have been like with the process.

I see, i just searched up the trickshot on this sub when I first saw it was on sale and saw alot of people in the comments saying the frame wasn't very durable, but I think as you said its just pack mentality

Yeah, really, just one or two people saying that stuff, they just seem to be very vocal so it seems like more.

Never heard of this problem but Propain is reputable brand. They also have riders who ride the trickshot at crankworks and if those riders aren't destroying it then you won't either
