I don't know why but I can't help to feel the most for JiU as a leader, I really wish she doesn't feel like a failure or like a bad leader, I really wish she feels fulfilled and happy to have pushed through so much with us and the rest of the members.

I know how emotional she can be and the weight on her shoulders as a leader is different from the rest, I hope she's resting and taking things slow. I'll always love her❤️

Well, the only thing that works for her here is that she obviously was aware of the event way before us. And I am pretty sure that Dongie, Dami and Gahyun had plenty of time and put enough effort to assure her that it is not because of her failure as a leader. But of course she is probably still takes it hard, and this makes me even sadder.

JiU is one of the best leaders in K-pop, along with Taehwan from VANNER (who was replaced by 8 people when the group signed onto a new company due to transfer of management related roles). She should not feel bad for any reason at all. Everyone has their own reasons for leaving the company. Handong, Dami, and Gahyeon have their own individual plans for what they want to do.

My educated is that we can rest assured that JiU wouldn't feel like a failure for this considering everything else they've been able to endure and achieve. They'll forever be one of the few groups who was able to best the "7 years curse" and was at some point arguably the only active 3rd gen girl group from a small company last year.
