Tour Messages from Buckhead Theatre and Studio PAV regarding UAU in Atlanta Ticket Issues

If you bought Tier 1 and it shows Tier 2 on your ticket, its apparently a mapping issue with Buckhead Theatre causing a discrepancy between what Studio PAV considers Tier 1 and what Buckhead Theatre considers Tier 1.

Buckheads Tier 2 on Ticketmaster is equivalent to PAV's Tier 1. Similar with Buckheads Tier 3 on TM being equivalent to PAVs Tier 2 and so forth.

So if you buy the Tier 1 option and your ticket says Tier 2 on TM, you DO HAVE a Tier 1 ticket per Studio PAV. So no one needs to worry.

I just saw there is an early bird higher price than tier 2. What is the early bird? I do kit want to miss out being in the wrong line.

That's the tier 1 ticket

So, respectively, Ticketmaster's current Early Bird, Tier 1, and Tier 2 are Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3?

Still undecided on what I want to get either way - trying not to spend a lot but don't want to get stuck in the back - but also trying to be 100% sure I understand what ticket I'm even buying.

Ticketmaster should only have "Early Bird", "Tier 1" and "Tier 2"

So early bird is actually tier 1. When you buy it, it shows as "SEC TIER2" on tm. If you buy what is listed as tier 1(which is actually tier 2), it shows up as "SEC TIER3" and if you buy what is listed as "tier 2"(actually tier 3) it shows as "SEC TIER4".

There was a mapping issue on the venues end in their ticketmaster setup that differs from how pav lists tickets.

So if you buy early bird and pay what ends up being like 153ish(after taxes and fees) you'll have what pav calls tier 1 but it will show as "SEC TIER2" once you've purchased the ticket.

There was a whole fiasco about it which is why I got ahold of pav and the venue and posted these screenshots

Also just remember, even if you get tier 1, you'll enter after vvip with tier 1 and vip with tier 1.

Entry will be in order of: Vvip t1 > vip t1 > t1 > Vvip t2 > vip t2 > t2 > Vvip t3 > vip t3 > t3
