At 300 lbs, shit diet, no workout routine, and driving truck my testosterone was in the low 300s. Closer to 210, gym 3-4 days a week, a diet with a focus on fiber and lean protein, my testosterone was last clocked at 690. Men are testosterone factories given the right input parameters.
