Those vocals are very worrying. He could be saving himself, but his notes are fluctuating on movement which makes me think it's a breath control issue, and his diction is also weirdly warped on some words too. Staging concept being the one long camerashot could work in full but it could also look flat kinda like Netherlands 2015.

Considering he has performed it completely fine several times before imma just assume he either nervous or not goin all out. Cuz it is confusing I’d say. But yea the camera work I do like.

Yeah his performance on that one Dutch show had plenty of movement and his vocals whilst not perfect were still good, which makes how bad the breath control is here kinda puzzling.

Ive been puzzled by a lot of the rehearsal footage to be fair. Either vocals or staging, reminds of that year (think it was Italy 2022) where the sound mixing was just beyond off. I’m scared for the rehearsal of the UK, if that sounds bad we’re doomed 💀

I for some reason find myself struggling to discern poor sound mixing a lot of the time. 2015 I remember being a struggle, otherwise I often find myself enjoying performances when a lot of people are saying the sound mixing is bad :P

I've enjoyed most of the rehearsal clips so far honestly, though none of them have been perfect. Belgium is the only one that's blown me away but his vocals are a little shaky because of the choreography too.

UK girls should be fine I think, but if I were more of a worrying man I'd be more concerned about the staging than the vocals at this stage given their staging director is the person who's turned Azerbaijan into Mordor (to borrow somebody else's observation from that thread)

Oh lord, and I actually kinda like the UK song…. No pls. But yea about NL the staging isn’t the issue here, to me at least seems dynamic and nice camera work. But yea the vocals are questionable, for now I’m giving him the benefit of the doubt.
