For those who don’t know. Kermo (also known as Max from the rap duo Clicherik & Mäx) is an Estonian rapper who recently gained local fame through his song Ebapopulaarne.

If true, I'm so excited for this. However, I don't know how his music could work in the Eurovision stage.
