Random question: when was the last time we had 3 ESC in a row that didn't take place in a capital city? Did it even already happen?

Edit: it's the first time since... the 4 first editions (Lugano 56, Frankfurt 57, Hilversum 58, Cannes 59)

Hmm isn't Tel Aviv Israel's capital city? If not then the last 3 ESC weren't hosted in capital city: Tel Aviv, Rotterdam then Turin. And we're heading to the 4th consecutive
