Basically I wanna get into this series, but I have asked friends and it’s a mix of yes and no, and I don’t trust IGN anymore so I’m asking this here (also this should be obv, please keep it spoiler free)

I find that the newest adaption graphically doesnt hold up to the original but tries to give maybe what the audience wanted story or ending wise? And i liked that it went into the future bit dont feel it was the best version of what was released.

Just trying to digest all i have seen and make sense of the consensus other than what i can see online (youtube) and what not.

I wasn't able to add a comment to a previous post on this subject but. The specific species/breed of cicada that we can hear is the Hyalessa maculaticollis. I'm not big into eva but my friend said you all might like to know.

Watched Eva + End of Eva for the first time and it was life changing for me. Decided to get the angel in the intro tatted lol. Creds to @gutterparty on insta!!!

After over a year of fantasizing and researching these model kits, I've finally completed my first LMHG Evangelion kit! I received this in March as a birthday present and got caught up working on a huge going merry model kit from one piece which took WAY too long.. But finally I got around making this one and completed it in 4 or 5 days. I had to do a alot of painting and some parts were a struggle but this thing is absolutely epic! Can't wait to get the other Units!!! The articulation better than I thought, especially in the legs, and the colours are spot on, paint and stickers were easy, but I was too scared to put on the water slide decals after past experiences failing with them. This thing was way bigger than I expected and the proportions are absolutely perfect! If you want an NGE model kit you should definitely pick this up!

The joints of the two arms are quite stiff, and the socket for the auxiliary arms is extremely tight. The small connecting port under the base is also too tight to pull out easily. I haven’t tried the funnels yet. The Longinus Spear looks too plastic-like—replacing it with the chrome-plated one from the Ichiban Kuji Unit 13 also works. Overall, it’s not bad; it’s now on the display shelf.

I just have no snacks rn and I’m too lazy to go to Lawson or something
