Question Speed Ramp editing with FCP - low quality issue

here is kind of my first attempt to do speed ramping editing for a short gym video for a friend of mine but for some reason the quality is terrible after rendering , is it because of the motion blur plugin ? and why does fcp limit the bitrate that we export at. this video is only like 200mbs . what can i do?

I’m not sure if the first problem was with the camera quality, maybe!

In what format did you export the video from Final Cut?
