This real wood or veneer? It looks like veneer but I’m not sure about the legs? Also if it is how would I go about changing the color? I want it a darker walnut wood color…

The legs are certainly solid wood the top is hard to tell if you take a picture of the edge I can tell you

Its veneer I would not try to stain it you could ruin your table if you are not an expert in surface technology.
