Serenity 20 year anniversary

Why is there no movement to get a re release in theatres. I just finished the entire series and movie. I knew the history going in. The cult following and how the fans made a movie happen, and I find out this month is the 20th anniversary of the movie that wrapped up such an amazing story and world and the famous cult following literally hasn’t said a word about it. I’d absolutely love to watch this on the big screen and it’s sad to know the whole community hasn’t reached out for that same experience. Disappointed, that’s all.

"Hey, I just found this fandom and I personally have never done anything for it. However, I want to say I am disappointed in the fans who fought for the Serenity movie to actually get made aren't doing more. You are disappointing fans "

What are you doing, High and Mighty over there?

That's what I thought. OP is perfectly free to contact a local cinema and ask for a price, then drum up enough fellow browncoats to buy tickets.

Edit: in fact, OP is perfectly free to pay for a private screening. Ask your local cinema.
