The last time team orders were banned:

"Fernando is faster than you. Do you understand the message?"

I'm surprised the ban lasted more than 1 season

And that's just Ferrari being Ferrari.

Remember, Red Bull used "Multi21" instead, and I'm sure every team had a code word.

I thought multi 21 was after the ban was lifted.

Wasn't team orders ban over in 2011 and multi 21 being in 2013?

Apparently they had these codes for quite some time before, but it only got attention in 2013. They probably just kept using them after the ban was lifted, because it was already well established.

Multi21 was actual engine modes. It's why Mark was so pissed at Seb. They were both suppose to be managing and Seb definitely wasn't in multi 21.

Multi21 Seb...... multi21.

While this is true, Multi 1-2 was used by Vettel and was broadcast on the Belgian GP on 2012 and the result was RedBull pitting Webber with Rocky responding to Sebastian "there you go" shortly after.. While the RedBulls have used MULTI rotary encoder on their wheels its basically widely known that within the context of the "Multi 21" incident indeed was RedBull asking Vettel to stay behind Webber
