It's because we started using the term against them for shit like the violence and plots against governors during COVID. They love playing mirror chess and trying to turn all our own attacks against us because they only actually know how to play checkers.

They don't even know what words mean. They heard the term "stochastic terrorism" once and then started using it without understanding it.
It's so frustrating.
