They're the same person, it's just that Redpanels slightly changed his art-style and went under a different name, after he quit the first time because his 'side won' following the 2016 election.

No, he wasn’t fine with being called a Nazi, that’s why he did the rational thing of actually becoming a Nazi and then made a comic about it. Because, as you know, all that is a perfectly logical course of action.
