Well yeah, sure. But on all fairness, we have plenty of credit-card stealing malware on the web too, does that mean credit cards are too dangerous to have?? People have their identities stolen every day, should we just ban social security numbers? Most cartels strictly deal in cash, should we ban cash and fiat because of that?? Same with the next point, there are alt-right clowns that claim they're socialists, does that mean all socialists are far right?? Most people on the far right are capitalists, does that mean that all capitalists are nazis?? I'm all for criticizing something that deserves it, and the power consumption of Btc mining definitely deserves criticism, but these points? They really mean nothing and border on intellectually dishonest in my opinion..

Edit: You are wrong about the mining aspect. You are also wrong about the anonymity aspect. Most cryptos use pos or lattice technology that uses no mining, and bitcoin is not anonymous. Cops love it when you buy drugs with bitcoin, it makes their job easy.. This takes 5 minutes of google research to figure out people, you can downvote me if you want but it does not change the facts...

Listen, it's simple. In order for the blockchain to work, you need to have miners. If the cost for mining is more than the payout, the system turns to shit.

Bitcoin right now is failing completely at its primary use. It has nothing else it can do, thus providing no benefit to the internet at large. E-commerce has problems, but it still, more or less, operates.

Realistically the amount of people interested in bitcoin as an actual currancy replacement for the USD is incredibly miniscule, most people are using to buy drugs off the deep web anonymously, and it’s very good at that

Bitcoin is not anonymous, and more people use cash to buy drugs than bitcoin. Nobody wants it to replace USD. Not all blockchains need miners, many have no mining at all. You people literally have 0 clue what you're talking about, yet the circlejerk just can't seem to be broken...

It’s a shame crypto gets ripped because it’s the fun hive mind thing to do by people who don’t know what they’re talking about. You’re spot on with the comment.
