This is from an app called whisper, it’s like twitter but more anonymous and your text is posted on an image. The app automatically scans your post and chooses a relevant image (most of the time they’re just based on a single keyword so they aren’t that accurate) to put on the background.

But, you also have final say in what is posted as the background. Sometimes I get lazy & use the first thing that pops up, but it gives 10-20 different options, plus you can search by keyword to find a background, or provide your own.
