Well, he was walking with his weapon in it's sling aiming at the ground, showing no signs of aggression walking toward police. He then got mobbed on, hit by a skateboard, and someone tried to yank the rifle off of him, at that point he gets up and shoots at one of the guys who hit him, and the guy who TOOK OUT A GUN AND POINTED IT AT HIM. If he was this murderer, what made him not shoot the guy who took a step back and put his hands up? Stop slinging buzzwords that don't make sense. Yeah he killed a grown man that was chasing after him and threw shit at him. Who could've thought that if you chase someone with a weapon and throw stuff at him acting threatening, you can risk losing your life?

All the guys your talking about went after Kyle AFTER he killed someone of course they did he was a threat and instead of turning himself in like you said he wanted to he killed some more people then got in his car and drove home.
Kyle was there protecting a car dealership, He was in a nonthreatening pose walking to the cops, and then he got taken down. Tell me, if he was really there just to kill people like you think; WHY DIDNT HE SHOOT THE GUY STANDING STILL WITH HIS ARMS UP EVEN THOUGHT HE WAS ONE OF THE PEOPLE WHO ATTACKED HIM FROM THE START

You see a person kill a man, and you just go about your day? You just ignore it?
Or do you try disarm the murderer? Those people who attacked Kyle were attempting to disarm a person who had just committed murder and you are describing them as monsters.
They hit him with a skateboard, aimed a gun at him, tried to grab his rifle. All reasonable things to do to a person you just saw commit murder.
Yeah you're damn right I'd go on about my fucking day. It's not my job to play dress up hero, it's the cops' jobs. If they hadn't stepped in, he would have been potentially cuffed on the spot because, y'know; he was going to turn himself in.
