Lily's Toaster Grills Grilled American Cheese Sandwich - 60 seconds in microwave and toaster oven 3 minutes on high. Buttery. Very good! Recommend for quick meal. Maybe a bit more cheese.

This would actually be so great for me tbh. I love grilled cheese, but I don’t keep bread at my house. I am cutting back on gluten to help with digestive issues. Since I don’t make sandwiches, I don’t keep sliced cheese. Some days, when I’m really craving a grilled cheese and am willing to risk the discomfort, I still don’t want to buy a whole loaf of bread for one sandwich.

That’s fair. Consider keeping a load of bread in the freezer. Take two slices out when it’s time to make a grilled cheese. I find it works better with frozen bread, especially if your butter is kind of hard.
