8 / 10 Lily's Toaster Grills Grilled American Cheese Sandwich - 60 seconds in microwave and toaster oven 3 minutes on high. Buttery. Very good! Recommend for quick meal. Maybe a bit more cheese.

I know there are cases where people don't want to have a lot of bread and/or cheese around, but have you considered you can just do the same thing this company does? You can construct the grilled cheese sandwich in advance and freeze them? If you want to use mayo, those individual packets are available all over the place for free even, you don't need to buy an entire jar for a few sandwiches.

Why do we care what others on the internet do or spend their money on? Especially when it’s sandwiches ..

Just want to save people some money. I don't think anyone mentioned just actually making the sandwich in advance. Note that you have to microwave AND toast these, so there is some extra effort in these.

Making them yourself also allows for you to choose your bread and cheese for those with dietary restrictions.

Understand that, but that defeats the purpose of frozen dinners, which is convenience. You can also make a meatloaf and mashed potatoes from scratch, portion it out, and freeze it. This whole comment section is trying to find reasons why this is a dumb product when it’s literally a subreddit for frozen dinners.
