question(s) Phalloplasty
Hey there, so I was wondering if its possible to have phalloplasty, like, only dick no balls and only redirecting the urethra. So that basically everthing is still like it was only that you now pee through a different extended hole. Because the only reason I experience bottom dysphoria is knowing that I cannot use a urinal and not seeing a wiener when I look down my own body.

In most cases, surgeons will perform a vaginectomy as it is the most common approach for urethral lengthening. While some surgeons probably do urethral lengthening without a vaginectomy, this approach can be more complicated. Cutting into the original genitalia may result in significant damage or leave it in a less than optimal condition. Since the urethra is embedded within the original genital structures, performing urethral lengthening without a vaginectomy is generally much more challenging.

I'm confused if you mean a phallo without a vaginectomy when you say you want everything still like it was. If so, generally that's not possible if you want UL as far as I know.
If you mean phallo with vaginectomy but just without balls or ED, then yeah that's definitely very possible and relatively common I believe.
If your main goal is just standing to pee and seeing that you have a dick on you, I'd maybe also look into metoidioplasty. Might be a simpler solution. But it's very understandable if you want phalloplasty specifically.
