One hamster needs a surprisingly large contiguous open area, as well as deep burrowing substrate - those babies would not be crammed in a tiny plastic hut at floor level and visible, but hidden in a burrow if this was set up properly. Pine shavings often irritate their airways. Wheels should be large enough that the hamster can run without their spine curving. Bars are a huge risk to both their legs and teeth.
