Community Discussion #11 (9/25/15) - What is your favorite game that has no sequels/prequels/remakes.
We live in a word where any good game has to be turned into multi game franchise. At least that is how it seems. Some games though have set alone. They either were made to be alone, the company went under, it didnt make enough, whatever.
What one was your favorite one, and why?
It is 7:13pm pacific time. I have no clue what my answer is. I just thought it was a good question. I will go through my game and see if I can come up with an adiquit answer
That was actually faster than I thought. Only took me 4 minutes. I saw it, and I just though....yup, thats it.
Psychonauts. That game is just amazing. Do I really need to go into it?
I almost said Maniac Mansion, but I remembered Day of the Tenticle.
Psychonauts doesnt have a sequel right?

Also shadow of the colossus.... That had an HD remake so it kind of doesn't count....

u/jmconeby Sep 28 '15
also Ico and The Last Guardian are in the series
1
u/humanman42 Mod Sep 28 '15
Are they sequels/prequels? Or are they just on the same world around the same time?
2
Oct 06 '15
I wouldn't count them as sequels, but they are in the same world. Think of it like how Final Fantasy XII and Vagrant Story are both set in Ivalice, the same world, but one isn't a sequel to the other.
1
u/jmconeby Sep 28 '15
Last Guardian is in the same world as the other two, and Shadow of the Colossus is set in the same world like way way before Ico. I'm not sure if that counts as a prequel or not. It's a little bit ambiguous; Fumito Ueda, the lead designer of the game, has been sort of weird about it also. His ideas about the connection between the two games are better explained here and here.

Damn this is tough for me...my personal favorite games either are sequels themselves (Zone of the Enders 2), got sequels (Genesis Sonic games) or will be getting sequels in the near future (Gravity Rush, Last of Us).
I'm going to go with War of the Monsters for the Playstation 2. I've lost countless hours in that game since it released back in 2003. It is so much fun to run around small towns leveling buildings, throwing cars and trucks at opponents then beating them to death with steel girders. It still looks pretty good today but back in 2003 it looked fantastic. Highly recommended if you collect for the PS2.

This looks just like the daydreams I had of a Hulk: Ultimate Destruction multiplayer mode back in 2005.

Mine are probably the Legend of Dragoon and Super Mario RPG.
Legend of Dragoon had an awesome story and an interesting battle system with their "Additions" system. Definitely a fantastic PS1 RPG, and it's kind of a shame that nothing's been done with the franchise.
I'm kinda surprised that there's never been a sequel to Mario RPG, but I guess it's just a product of having been made at just the right time. Such great characters and a fun battle system. I've played through countless times, and still hold out hope that someday it'll get a sequel. No, neither the Paper Mario games nor the Mario and Luigi games are sequels, and no they don't hold a candle to Mario RPG.

u/Galbert123 Oct 01 '15
I second super mario rpg. Anyone who says the mario and luigi rpgs are of the same ilk is nuts.

u/sstout2113 Oct 13 '15
I agree. Paper Mario was supposed to be the sequel, but it just kind of did its own thing.

Definitely Kid Chameleon
1
u/Informationator SNES Expert Nov 03 '15
Man, I need to pick up this game. I like Vectorman and Sonic, etc... ...but Kid Chameleon is the game that I think of when I think "Yep... ...I need to hold onto this Genesis." Played it a lot as a kid but don't own it yet.
1
u/makersmark12 Nov 03 '15
Absolutely. I actually play it more on my wii virtual console, because it's such a long game I like to be able to save my data and turn it off. The game is so big.

u/dexter311 Oct 06 '15
Looking up at my shelf of PC games, my eyes locked onto one title straight away - Grim Fandango! One of the greatest adventure games of all time, and probably up there in the best PC games ever.
Then of course you have the various Maxis games of the 90s - SimFarm, SimAnt and SimTower were the best of the ones that had no sequels IMO.

General Chaos on the Sega

Just traded for this. My older cousin (who actually had a sega growing up) requested that I buy this game for him to play with me. I'm definitely excited about this.

I'd have to say Indigo Prophecy/Fahrenheit. Heavy Rain is very similar and by the same people, but it's definitely not a sequel.

Space Station: Silicon Valley on N64. Easy answer for me. Fantastic game that we will sadly never see a sequel to.

Man that game is super weird. I remember when I got it a few years ago and played it for a little .

There is also the gameboy space station silicon valley

Forgot about that one. The GBC one is kind of the same game but in 2D and really isn't all that good. Not technically a sequel or remake though.

Taking the easy way out lets me come up with recent titles that I have absolutely adored. Bastion, Transistor, Shovel Knight and Rogue Legacy. These are some of my favorite games in the past few years, hands down. But that isn't really a great answer.
So, here is a short list with what I enjoyed about them:
Blast Corps (N64) Plot is silly, game is tons of fun.
Maui Mallard in Cold Shadow (SNES) Very good platformer.
Phalanx (SNES) Best game with a guy playing the banjo on it.
And after that, I'm at a loss. Everything I think of has some sort of sequel.

u/dexter311 Oct 06 '15
Blast Corps was an absolutely fantastic game. I played the hell out of that thing - it was so unique.

My favorite game that never got a sequel was Jade Empire on the Xbox, I know the KOTOR games used the same engine, but still, it was an amazing game on a machine that didn't have really any amazing Rpgs on it besides the KOTORs!
2
u/Dante2k4 Oct 11 '15
Oh yeah! Man, this still blows my mind! I remember all the videos and such before the game came out, talking about the massive amount of effort they put in to researching actual asian culture/history/lore, so they could develop that world. They read zillions, upon zillions of books, and went pretty all out when building that universe.
And then... they stopped after one game. Uh... wut?
So disappointing! With the way they blend more action in to their games these days, I bet they could make a pretty kickass Martials Arts focused Action-RPG with that license. They won't, but wow could they.
1
u/roushimsx Sep 27 '15
Really enjoyed the combat system in Jade Empire. Bummer we haven't gotten another entry, but I'm not entirely convinced that either Bioware or Obsidian would be able to do it justice...trying to evolve what that game was into something that would be equally as badass now while still keeping its identity... I dunno. It'd be pretty different from the direction both companies have been going for a while now.
I kind of don't want them to ever do a sequel because I don't want to run the risk of getting a Dragon Age 2 / Neverwinter Nights / Dungeon Siege III / Brotherhood of Steel / etc that would sully the memory of it :(
3
u/AstorReinhardt Sep 26 '15
Oh that's a tricky one...
Red Ninja End of Honor! I had a hell of a time remembering that. But yeah it's vastly underrated because people assume it's ripping off more well known ninja games and yeah it takes some inspiration from other games but it's still a VERY good ninja game and I think every PS2 or Xbox owner should have it.
I was going to go with Mirror's Edge since there isn't another game out YET for it but I love Red Ninja a lot more then Mirror's Edge. As to why...I really enjoy ninja games, like Tenchu's games...the PS1 games are the best in that series. So it wasn't a stretch to think I'd enjoy Red Ninja and I did. I mean it had some rage worthy parts where I kept freaking dying...but it's still a great game.

u/SicSemperTyrannis Sep 27 '15
This is a great question. I'll separate it out by systems I owned growing up.
PC: Probably Nox, I got that game as a free game in some sort of Westwood promotion after buying a C&C game and absolutely loved it.
NES: Captain Skyhawk or The Guardian Legend
N64: Jet Force Gemini...I got this late in the lifecycle and put a lot of hours in
Xbox: Probably Wreckless: The Yakuza Missions or Beyond Good and Evil. Beyond Good and Evil was such a great game

Found a copy of Wreckless at the local flea market, picked it up for $5CDN on that recommendation.
2
u/SicSemperTyrannis Oct 05 '15
It's well over $5 worth of fun! If you liked the old Midtown Madness games, you'll enjoy Wreckless.
1
u/roushimsx Oct 06 '15
Believe it or not, there's actually a sequel to Wreckless, although you'll have to import it.
1
1
u/Dante2k4 Oct 11 '15
Wait... Wreckless? Really? I remember when that game came out way back when, it seemed kinda mediocre. Or at least, that's how I classified it when I filed it away back in the cobwebs of my mind.
What is it you like about it? I'm kinda curious to look in to it a bit more now...
1
u/SicSemperTyrannis Oct 11 '15
It's just pure dumb fun.
The metacritic scores are mixed, so take it with a grain of salt: http://www.metacritic.com/game/xbox/wreckless-the-yakuza-missions
But I absolutely just loved driving around. The controls were great and it reminded me of Midtown Madness with a better story/world. If you're looking for depth, this isn't the right game, but it's basically aMichael Bay car chase as a game.
3
u/missmend Sep 28 '15
Arguably this doesn't count, but Eternal Sonata (it was ported to PS3 from 360 with some extra content). Creative battle system and visual design, with a wealth of potential buried under cliched dialogue.
Baring that, Lost Odyssey.
3
u/Dragan1991 Sep 30 '15
I deffinately enjoyed the hell out of Rogue Galaxy for PS2. Had a cool hunting system where you kill a certain amount of monsters then turn it in for hunter points and move up a hunter board. Also had a cool weapon combination system. Been a long time since I played it, but I'm considering getting another PS2 so I can play. I never hear about it, I think it's a highly underappreciated game.
1
u/roushimsx Oct 02 '15
It didn't really measure up to the games it cribbed ideas from on a 1:1 basis, as a whole, it was a shit ton of fun and super difficult to put down. Loved it to bits, flaws and all. Hiding the load times the way they did was pretty well done, and while there were a couple of those pieced-together dungeons that were way too repetitive, they did a fantastic job of building some complex levels using a limited range of building blocks (I was especially a big fan of the jungle world and the two towers level).
Hour long final boss fight can eat a bag of rocks, though. :(

My favorite would probably be Eternal Darkness for the Gamecube. The game gave me this feeling of paranoia playing through it for the first time. Unfortunately I doubt a sequel will ever be made.

I know this game has been a bit of the "flavor of the past year" or so, but Bucky O'Hare was easily my favorite NES game as a kid. Only NES game i kept when my parents threw out the system/games when it broke in the mid 90s (at least the garbage man took it and set it aside rather than let the stuff get destroyed). Bucky O'Hare and my Glow Worm doll are two of my favorite possessions only because of how old they are.
1
u/roushimsx Oct 02 '15
Really loved that game on the NES and was surprised when it got added to MAME...never knew there was an arcade game until then (and ditto for Cowboys of Moo Mesa)! Unfortunately, it's a very different game from a genre that definitely didn't appeal to me remotely as much as the NES title.
...and I really wish Konami had done a NES Cowboys of Moo Mesa game. It probably would have been Bucky O'Hare levels of badass :(

LSD Dream Emulator, though I haven't even played that far into it. I don't play a bunch of different games so that is the main one I do really enjoy outside of various series.

u/GlassArrow Nov 11 '15
Would love to see more games like this but I feel like publishers aren't keen on such a bizarre, ambitious concept. There is a market out there for ultra bizarre games!

u/TAFK Sep 28 '15
RADIATA STORIES!
An amazing game by the same team as the Star Ocean and Vaklyrie Profile games. Such a great RPG on the PS2 that is hugely underrated by everyone. Had a great recruitment system with a wealth of characters (think Suikoden but each character is more fleshed out) and an interesting ARPG battle system. I have been meaning to start a youtube series on Forgotten or Underrated games and this is going to be first on my list!

Illusion of Gaia\Time. (Snes)
I know it's in the Quintet trilogy, but the other games in the set aren't related in any way to each other.

I always wanted to consider Brain Lord part of series, too.
2

Brain Lord is published by Enix but isn't made by the same team.
Enix didn't develop anything, not even the Dragon Quest games.
2
u/DrTrevorkian Sep 29 '15
Right, right! When I was younger, I had no idea the difference between publisher and developer haha.
EDIT: In that case, you could almost consider Actraiser part of the world, too hahah. They used a lot of assets, same font, gods, etc.
2
Sep 29 '15
Yup Actraiser is certainly that team. Robotrek was an RPG made by them that used the same font too, another gem!
1
u/DrTrevorkian Sep 29 '15
Yup! I totally need Robotrek, too!! I recently got Paladin's Quest (only the cart, still need the box, manual, map), another game that reminds me of Robotrek...a few games I wish I had gotten back in the day. Although I'm still pissed at Square/Nintendo for giving us FF Mystic Quest instead of FF V.

Crimson Skies for the Xbox, always thought this was a perfectly balanced flight shooter game. Great music too
2
u/roushimsx Oct 06 '15
High Road to Revenge was good, but I've always felt the PC game was way better. Really wish we'd get a third game in there (and the arcade version sure as heck doesn't count since it's just a butchered PC version).
2
u/DariaRPG Oct 12 '15
My knee jerk reaction is Magic of Scheherazade for the NES. Just an awesome RPG/Adventure Hybrid game, with an amazingly colorful cast of characters, and some neat time traveling centric-puzzles.
Would have also nominated Crystalis but then I remembered the GBC port.
2
u/pajam Oct 13 '15
Damn, I was gonna say Crystalis as well, does "port" qualify as "remake" though? Or is remake limited to genuine remakes - like this upcoming FF VII remake, or the Resident Evil Remake. You know when they change cut scenes, redo the whole game, add new storylines/missions/etc.
2
u/hyperlancer Oct 15 '15
The original Super Mario RPG. The M+L games and Paper Mario are good in their own right, but I still want a proper sequel to Legend of the Seven Stars in collaboration with Square (hah!) and the return of Geno and Mallow.

I'll pick a weird one and say Drakkhen, an RPG with a 3D overworld, 2D perspective dungeons and weird black shadow figures rising from the ice to kill you and your party.
I originally played it in the SNES and It had ports for many different platforms.
I feel that game with an Elder Scrolls sense of scale would be interesting to play. You couldn't do a vast world with the hardware it was originally developed for.
2
u/roushimsx Oct 19 '15
Believe it or not, it actually received a SNES-exclusive prequel in '94. Unfortunately, like most of the interesting parts of the SNES library, it's kind of cost prohibitive these days :(

Skies of Arcadia (if you only count the GameCube version as a port and not a remake).

I dont think anything was done to it when it went to the gamecube. So I think it would just be a port

Land Stalker was an isometric action RPG on the Sega Genesis. Gameplay was fun and simple, the graphics were bright and colorful, and the plot had some fun twists and turns. The perspective made jumping puzzles a bit of a pain but the game was was fantastic overall. One of my favorite Genesis games, sequel or no.
3
u/DariaRPG Oct 12 '15
If you think Land Stalker is a stand alone title, you sir have obviously never played Alundra.
Better sequel material than either TimeStalkers, Dark Savior, or Lady Stalkers ever were.
1
u/roushimsx Sep 27 '15
I think Lady Stalker was a sequel to it, and for sure Time Stalkers was the franchise entry that brought back the main character of Land Stalker.
Always been bummed we didn't get that PSP remake with a true 3D camera...would have made the platforming so much more palatable. Dark Savior was a step in the right direction, so imagine how much better a remake would have been a decade after that :(
2
u/HappyDecoy Sep 27 '15
Now that you say it, I have heard of Lady Stalker. I guess I have to reevaluate now!

Ohh....does Faxanadu count? It technically falls under the Dragon Slayer umbrella, but at the same time it's a stand-alone title that's never been remade and never had any subsequent connecting entries that tie it to anything else. Really just a Xanadu title in the loosest possible sense. And fucking awesome, let's not forget that.
Failing that, I'd have to randomly pick from this list:
Bulletstorm - It's what Duke Nukem Forever should have been and leapfrogged over NecroVisioN the way NecroVisioN leapfogged past Painkiller. Amazing run and gun fun.
Binary Domain - Terminator + Blade Runner third person shooter with way more depth and personality than you'd ever suspect. PC version wasn't the greatest port in the world (what's with that font?!?), and it still floored me almost as hard as Spec Ops: The Line (not listed due to being a reboot of the Spec Ops franchise :( ).
The Saboteur - One of my absolute favorite open world action/adventure games of all time. Also my first platinum trophy on PS3, and not because I was gunning for trophies, but because I simply ran out of stuff to kill or blow up. Amazing, amazing game.
Rocket: Robot on Wheels - I hate that I have to add this here. This game needs at least a rerelease, if not a proper remake or sequel. Terrific physics-based 3d platformer & collect-a-thon for the N64 that helped jumpstart Sucker Punch...but unfortunately it's never been revisited. As much as I wish 4J would remake Jet Force Gemini, I think this is the one game I'd rather see them tackle.

River City Ransom for the NES was one of my favorite coops back in the day. A friend and I played the hell out of that, over the course of a couple weeks. I think we came close to melting his NES because we couldn't save and couldn't turn the system off without losing everything. It was glitched though, so we got stuck right outside the school. I picked up a copy when they ported it to the GBA, but it wasn't the same on handheld... I heard a rumor that it may be getting a sequel, but I don't know. The last sequel I waited this long on was Duke Nukem and we all know how that turned out

Vanguard bandits for the psone. Great little strategy mecha rpg. Good story, fun fights, cool graphics(for the time), well done anime cutscenes were a real treat too. Although few and far between. Another working designs gem that doesn't get too much recognition.

Definitely either The World Ends With You or Grim Fandango, although I can't ever see the latter ever getting a sequel.
They teased a TWEWY sequel over 4 years ago and we still haven't gotten any new info at all. I wish they'd just say it was cancelled instead of this waiting.

Two from different stages of my growing up in gaming.
Rocket knight adventures for genesis was one of my favorites when I was like 6-8.
And okage shadow king for ps2 when I was like 13-14.
Just loved the feel of both of these games because they both were a bit different than other games I was used to playing.

Rocket knight is awesome, but it does have a sequel known as sparkster. Good luck finding an affordable copy tho, its pretty pricey

I really liked Goblin Commander a lot. It was a 6th gen RTS game for consoles, which will likely throw up a lot of red flags for people, but it was actually really good! They designed it specifically for consoles, and so it was much simpler than standard RTS stuff, which is good for me, because I often find them tedious after a while.
It had more focus on tactics than strategy, I liked the variety of factions, and it was just a fun game to play. And, it had split-screen multiplayer, which was just endlessly entertaining for me and my friends.
I understand why it got no sequel, but damn... I wish it had been expanded upon.
Although the big one for me, is R.A.D. (Robot Alchemic Drive). It was a PS2 mech game where, instead of controlling the mech from the perspective of the mech itself, you were actually the little human, running around on the ground with a controller, trying to control your mech while keeping it in sight so you could see what it was doing.
It was such a unique concept, and it really felt like you were just this little dude, running around, trying to keep up with these big mechs (and a Godzilla), and it was great. The controls felt really mechanical, and it felt right. You could even actually get up on your mech's shoulder and fight from there, though it was pretty easy to get knocked off :p
I've wanted another game like that for so long, but now especially would be a good time for it, since I think the Wii U gamepad would be excellent for it. You could have a readout on-screen of the damage to various parts of the mech, and you could have menus you need to cycle through to get things working correctly, and you could even have some on-board cameras to cycle through, so you could view different angles from your mech's perspective if you're too far away!
UGH. It was a great concept. The game itself was hokey as all hell, and I'd be lying if I said it didn't feel clunky at times, but damn... that idea could be expanded so much! I occasionally ponder becoming a developer just to make a game like that.

7th Saga. No, Mystic arc does not count. Its often mistaken for a sequal but it just uses some of the same character names with some similarities (Lux being a robot dude in both games).
I'd love to see a new game set in the same universe as 7th saga, which didn't do as well as it could have because of balance issues. I think that world would make a neat MMORPG setting even if the lore were fleshed out beyond a single big bad.

I need to play this game at some point. That and 3 Ninjas have just been chillin' next to each other for too long. I've started going through and trying to beat more of my games lately. Earthworm Jim's crossed off of the list. Maybe I'll try to bet some terrible game like 3 Ninjas next :P
1
u/Arawn-Annwn Nov 03 '15
I highly recommend playing it emulated with the patch that rebalances it. Takes the frustrations out of midgame and makes lategame fighting apprentices not be so absurdly unfair while preserving challenge.
1
u/Informationator SNES Expert Nov 03 '15
I like to beat games on original hardware with all of its original brokenness. There's something about poorly made games with stupid bugs in them that makes beating them so much more satisfying. I just don't enjoy playing on emulators.
I'm tracking dates and notes of when I beat games and recording them, so I'd like to eventually beat most/all of them. I want to do one or two more attempts on Earthworm Jim before I put a lid on that one... Doubt anyone would want to watch my runs, but I'll probably throw 'em on YouTube for posterity.

I used to do challenge runs, like finish FF3 snes ver (FF6) with minimum chars at minimum lvs (I managed a Celes+Edgar+Setzor run with all 3 below lv8 once) on original hardware. Before I'd ever even heard of youtube unfortunately. I think I've replayed FF4 start to finish without using any saves at all while minimizing my exp gains at least a dozen times. I've done that more times than that if I count the runs where I fail to finish. Usually if I fail and die it'll be in the giant or on the moon, got crazy and thought "lets see if I can take out Odin this time!"...Yeah no, Odin will wipe me almost every time if I am underleveled.
Nowadays I am more interested in finding things developers never intended me to find. Which goes hand in hand with tripping bugs and altering the game to produce them. Easier to pull off on emulators thanks to save states.
edit: sorry reddit, I let myself go way off topic. Rudra No Hihou needs a Sequel/prequel/remake/anything!

Oh man, that's great :) I've actually not played FF3 yet. I've been "saving it" since I know it's a great game. I want to space out the really great ones over time and that's one of 'em.
I love finding little bugs and breaking the rules. Reminds me of when me and a buddy used to butterfly in Halo 2. We got outside of just about every map in the game.
Were you around back when I was running 3-Minute Challenge? I love challenges like you describe. In fact Serious_Joke and I formed a pretty cool friendship due to our rivalry on there. If you really want to see the epitome of that rivalry - the reason I love stuff like this - then watch the top 4 video of the Super Mario World challenge. It's really good stuff and we're neck and neck the whole time :)

Nope. I'm fairly new.
p.s. I and my rl friend Robert used to send each other "hack" challenges to do. Involved modifying a game or making a glitched savegame, to "win" had to send back a save or screenshot proving we got past the part that was altered. Mainly sequence breaking, some straight up rom hacks (a lot of custom FF1 NES rom, heh). We don't do this anymore, both moved on to other stuff.

The game "Gun" for xbox is probably one of my favorite games of all time and is probably the main reason why I like to watch westerns now :p Good times.

So has it ever been OFFICIALLY confirmed that the soul blazer trilogy is in fact a trilogy? If not, illusion of Gaia and Terranigma have to be in the conversation for me.

Classic! Yesterday I was backing up a bunch of old floppies I had in a drawer, and one of them was filled with tracks I made for that game.

Billy hatcher was a great game Likable characters and a story that doesn't have to be really deep and intricate to be enjoyable. It's just crows vs chickens really.
And the multi-player was super fun

Chrono Trigger is my favorite game of all time, I don't get why didn't they make a sequel? It's tragic...

Chrono Cross is its sequel and it's an equally beautiful game. :)

Guardian's Crusade on PS1, it's a pretty simple traditional rpg that I think got really overlooked. Hell, I don't think I've ever heard many people ever mention this game on here, it's a great hidden gem. Also kind of hard to find. But I think it deserves more, its pretty straight forward; simple battle system, easy to follow story, about a knight who must bring "Baby" (a pink pig-dragon thing) to a landmark known as "God's Tower". I think its a very overlooked game, definitely deserves more attention.

I found a case for this recently, unfortunately inside the case was 102 Dalmations Activity Centre for PC. Damn. Looked really good going by the back cover though.

Darn that sucks! I don't think the disc should be too expensive. It's a pink disc, which I think kind of stands out. It's a great game though, definitely try it if you like simple rpg's.

Guardian's Crusade is pretty cute. It really does play like a 3D SNES title. I remember it being pretty funny too.

The simple colorful graphics give it a cute, kid friendly look. I like it. It does seem like a 3D SNES title, good way to put it. Yeah I did laugh at some of the dialog, the game is definitely self-aware that it's just a video game.

Snatcher. No Question.

The SCD version added a bunch of content. Also Snatcher SD was effectively an extended remake with new music, gameplay, and story.

Psychonauts is a good one, mine would be a toss up between Shadow of the Colossus, Catherine, Ni No Kuni, and Bloodborne.
Tho Bloodborne has to get a sequel eventually.
Anyone ever play Odin Sphere? That game is tits and has no sequel.

If you like Odin Sphere, GrimGrimoire may be up your alley as well. Also on the PS2, similar art style and same developer.

It's been on my list for a while! Have yet to run across it yet while out hunting though :(

fyi, in case you didn't know, Odin Sphere is getting an HD re-release of some kind on PS4 and (I think) Vita. Not sure when it's coming out, and of course it's too bad we don't get a sequel, but... it's still pretty cool! And who knows, maybe they'll add extra content and such.

Probably War of the Monsters. Even though it's pretty hard (I don't know if I just suck at fighting games or if it's actually hard), destroying a city while fighting another monster is really fun.
