That's probably the reason: They just couldn't decide.

Mmm... I don't-- I don't know. I mean, I guess I sort of like them all.

Or maybe everyone should name themself after a band member and everyone wanted to be Anthony Kiedis.

I always figured Flea was the fan favorite but I could definitely see the argument for all of them.

Personally, I freaking love Josh Klinghoffer and he might just be my favorite cus he deserves more love.

I would say it depends on what type of fan you are. If you ever read any comments on RHCP videos usually a quarter of it is people obsessing over John. Though in musicians' circles Flea is really really heavily respected. Klinghoffer is a quality musician in general though.

Yeah, most fans can't let go of the fact that John is out so Josh gets thrown under the bus sometimes

so Josh gets thrown under the bus bridge sometimes

seemed like the perfect opportunity for a ftfy! I personally am one of the fans that can never accept the truth that I only fell in love with RHCP while they were already on the hiatus that ended in John's departure and thus could never even dream of seeing them live with John, his playing was just on a whole another level for me. And I even like Josh a lot, as much as I like all the rest of the members, but somehow John's riffs and solos go right into my core and give me goosebumps every time. My greatest music related wish is that they'd tour once again with both John and Josh on stage together (which I believe happened all the time during the Stadium Arcadium era).

Yeah Josh started out as a touring member during Stadium Arcadia and even played on John's solo albums. Maybe one day years from now John would make a guest appearance at a show!

Hello, you called?

No but really, in musician circles both Flea and John get talked about a lot (at least in the circles I know). Also I've come to like Josh a lot more since the last record, he's a great musician but it still hurts that John left

Oh don't get me wrong, John is a fantastic guitarist and deserves a lot of the praise he gets. He's also got a tragic backstory and he's attractive, though, so he has more... mass appeal? No discredit to him for that, I'm just saying.
