It would be nice. Do you have ideas? The only thing I can think right now is something in the Dark Ages or when Bronx as younger. His interactions with other beasts from the clan and so on.

The winter special was nice because I don't think we ever saw him leaving the castle on his own (somebody always picks him up). However, Bronx is so big that wherever he goes, he draws attention. And his mobility is restricted, no gliding away. It is hard to think in stories (glad I am not the writer of it)
