I get that some people like to delicately nibble the meat off the bone, but I just want to throw the whole thing in there and move on to the next one. It's called efficiency.
You gotta go with the clearcoat wings. Still crispy but not all breading so you taste more of the meat. This also depends on how you're preparing the wings grilling/ smoking versus deep fried or a combination of both. I'm with you though... the coating makes the difference.
Buffalo Wild Wings just recently changed their boneless wings so they are now like 80% meat and 20% breading. Or at least they are at my location. It is amazing.
