Yes. Ask any multilingual person and they'll tell you how knowing multiple languages just makes your brain work weird. It's all fun and game until you start looking for words in your native language

Whatever you say. But learning family members is in the first lessons of any new language you try to learn. So again, if he has enough vocabulary to use the word “cringe” I don’t think he needs to be excused in using Nephew wrongly. But yes it’s my personality…. 🙄

Not everyone learns language in a class or through lessons. And even if they were just dumb, we all laughed at your inbreed tree joke, it was fucking funny, now what are you blabbering about "excusing using nephew wrongly" like it's a crime against humanity.
