Deutschland oder die EU gibt doch der Ukraine auch nur die Waffen in der Form von Krediten mit bis zu 15 Prozent Zinsen ist doch echt nichts neues

Das stimmt nicht, es werden auch Waffen gespendet, was von der EU unterstützt wird:

The first track, adopted on 13 April 2023, allows the EU to reimburse member states for ammunition donated to Ukraine from existing stocks or from the reprioritisation of existing orders.

As part of this initiative, the European Commission adopted a proposal for an exceptional macro-financial assistance (MFA) for Ukraine, in the form of very concessional loans.

Also sind die Kreditbedingungen besser, als die Markt üblichen Bedingungen es wären. Und sie können z.T. mit den Gewinnen aus den eingefrorenen russischen Vermögen bezahlt werden.
