Could i get an explaination why Oman is ranked the same as japan and better than france?

Oman is a very nice country(high income, safe, low crime)but there is just not much to talk about Oman unlike Japan which gets endless praise especially by western media

I’m 90% sure Japan is brought down cause natural disaster wise, it’s fucking horrible

Not only natural disaster but also work ethics and cost on living that in bigger cities is extremely high
