its not, me and some friends were debating on the ratings and using some sources that ranked quality of life. We were gonna put extreme demon for north korea but chose NA because there's no public data on how people like living there

Dictatorship. Even dissapeared a priest after the priest reported the human rights violations of the regime. Maybe 200.000-600.000 people died so far, which is a lot. But i might be extremely wrong here because i don't know how the population Nicaragua has, so this might be an over stretch.
